All orders are made-to-order and are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within India generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Return and Refund
As our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect product selection.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue and original packaging. After verification, an eligible replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with our fulfillment partner's policy.
Refunds are not applicable for issues caused by incorrect customer information or normal product/size variations within the accepted manufacturing tolerance.
For orders returned due to non-delivery, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping may require additional shipping charges.
